This sofa….oh this sofa! Equal parts sophisticated and rustic, feminine and masculine, this beauty will fit easily into formal and casual homes. For this mood board design I wanted to lean into the rustic, so I kept the color palette warm with taupes, browns, and pops of black. Adding the mid-century modern leather chairs, and modern tables creates a collected feel.
When working with neutrals, the most important thing to remember is….texture, texture, texture! Mixing leather chairs with a velvet sofa is a great example of layering different textures to create a visually interesting space. Let me know what you think!
